You pay the shipping to us, but we refund the initial shipping cost to your address (US addresses only). Returns have to be shipped within&nbsp;<strong>14 days<\/strong>&nbsp;after your purchase was delivered (based on the US Postal Service delivery date). Please, indicate clearly if you want a refund or an exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return of apps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apple<sup>TM<\/sup>&nbsp;and Google<sup>TM<\/sup>&nbsp;have their own returns policy for app purchases. We cannot return such purchases. Please contact Apple<sup>TM<\/sup>&nbsp;or Google<sup>TM<\/sup>&nbsp;instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Items that are not returnable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not able to accept items with signs of use, including books from which the colored markers have been removed. Please, also note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from sellers other than Annie Wang Publications. If you purchase a book from Amazon, we cannot accept its return.
